Home Surveys Explained
A Homebuyers Survey is a thorough inspection and report on the property you are looking to buy, with the option to add a Valuation and Insurance Rebuild Cost.
The Homebuyers Report is most suited to flats and houses, under 120 years old and that appear to be in reasonable condition.
Our expert surveyors will carry out a detailed inspection inside and outside the property and of the grounds and boundary features. All surveys include a thorough inspection of the property and a RICS ‘Traffic Light’ report.
Homebuyers Survey
Typically a Homebuyers Survey is required when:
The property is under 120 years of age
•
The property appears in reasonable condition
•
The property is not a listed building
