Building Surveys Explained
Often referred to as a ‘structural survey’, the most detailed of the RICS Surveys. A detailed inspection which includes a RICS ‘Traffic Light’ report.
Most suited for properties that are older than 120 years, properties that are Listed, properties that are in poor repair and/or that are significantly altered or extended.
A Building Survey is a thorough inspection and report on the property you are looking to buy. With the option to add on a Valuation, Insurance Rebuild Cost and Costings of repairs.
Our expert surveyors will carry out a detailed inspection inside and outside the property and of the grounds and boundary features.
