Chris Arundel Joins Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors

Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors would like to welcome Chris Arundel, who has recently joined the practice.

Chris is a Chartered Surveyor and Registered Valuer with over 25 years of professional experience, and joins us from GSC Grays where he was a Director and responsible for residential Property, covering Teesside, County Durham, and North Yorkshire, managing a team of over 20 people. Latterly, he was involved in various planning projects ranging from promotion and sale of residential sites and rural-commercial schemes whilst undertaking valuation work across the North East.

Since qualifying 1995, Chris has spent his working life in private practice across the North East of England, becoming familiar with a diverse range of commercial and residential property in different areas for corporate, private and institutional clients undertaking valuations for taxation and inheritance tax purposes,  SIPPs, commercial investment and residential mortgage lending purposes and homebuyer reports.

With a strong background and many years working within Residential Agency, Chris has a strong knowledge of the property market and understanding of the complexities and differences existing within the various areas within the North East, skills which complement the role of a Valuer.

In his spare time, Chris is a family man and enthusiastic lover of most sports and the outdoors, spending as much time as he can either on two wheels,  walking the countryside, or watching rugby.

Chris Arundel is delighted to be able to start with JFCS, saying:

”A return to dedicated valuation work as a Chartered Surveyor has presented me with a fresh challenge which is stimulating and exciting during what has and will continue to be a time of unparalleled economic uncertainty and opportunity within the property sector. JFCS is a young, dynamic and progressive firm and the role has provided a great platform to undertake work with integrity and in a professional manner”.
