Ian Lee Joins Joe Fraser Chartered Surveyors

JFCS would like to welcome Ian Lee., who has recently joined the practice.

Ian is a Chartered Building Surveyor with 30 years experience and joins us from Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate where he was Head of Property, responsible for the management of a team of twelve, delivering projects, maintenance programmes and M&E upgrades as well as managing an investment portfolio and an in-house maintenance team.

Prior to that Ian spent some time with the National Trust delivering a diverse range of projects across the outdoors landscape, complimented with traditional Building Surveying on the managed estate of the Lake District.

Before joining the National Trust Ian was in private practice providing the full range of Building Surveying services to clients, from detailed, bespoke surveys; dealing with dilapidations for both landlords and tenants; advising on Party Wall matters, project management and has extensive experience acting as an Expert Witness.
