JFCS attended a lecture hosted by ALEP of which we are valuer members, the afternoon focused on lease extension and enfranchisement claims when there is a missing landlord, a complex area of Leasehold Law.

The day was concluded with Q&A to an expert panel, chaired by Piers Harrison of Tanfield Chambers.
